FitKnowFlow needed a calm, mobile-ready product experience that could guide a person from a wellness goal to a personalized session without making the process feel overwhelming. The product needed to work like an app while still being easy to reach through the web.

How we helped
We built a React and TypeScript progressive web app with landing, home, dashboard, help, and about experiences, plus a five-step session builder. Users can choose among five services, select from a defined set of focus areas, set duration and looping preferences, choose a sound direction or voice-only option, and review the session setup before playback.
